Imagine you are the Director of an "super turned up" interactive group session
for high school and middle school students. You are responsible for
coordinating an event that combines entertainment, dialogues/debates,
music, and messages that gives students an idea of how to manage
everyday life. Imagine the anticipation. Imagine the pressure. Imagine
the impact. Imagine the potential. Imagine the hope. Now my question to
you the Director, "how does that make you feel...?" Hopefully I can answer
that for you.

I FEEL SUPER GEEKED UP AND ALL THE WAY LIVE!!! My
hype and excitement comes only from knowing what God is capable of
doing in the heart of people. People break heart, God makes hearts.
People have their hearts ripped out, while God mends hearts back
together. People can lose heart and develop a hardened heart. God gives
you his heart and offers you HOPE. I have talked to literally hundreds
of people who can admit to the HEART CHANGE in theirs lives. When these
people encountered the Heart of God they encountered a world and a
reality beyond their imagination. The people that I speak of have names
that you will come to know in weeks to come. The people that I speak of
have faces that will become increasingly familiar for those who attend
Club on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Amazing thing is I know them,
however, you will get to know them. So as the days count
down to our first Club meeting of this school year, I bounce around in
my office chair restlessly. The corners of my lips are SUPER TURNED UP
and cheeks over inflated because "I know something that you don't know".
The one thing I know is: CLUB IS GONNA BE CRAZY!
