New Year, New Fears, Time to Switch it into a New Gear: Njeri "HotHandZ" Camphor

So far I hope that I have been able to leave an impression of myself that I am a person who is up front and transparent. In ministry we sometimes like to save face and hide our fears and insecurities in a corner. We like to keep those things that may cause us to doubt out of viewing range of other believers who we might influence us or who are out to judge us. Unfortunately, yet fortunately, I am not too afraid about the opinion of spectators to conceal my anxiety. The year of 2012 presents colossal opportunities that I am afraid I may mess up.

Seasons Greetings, Meetings, and Eatings- Njeri "HotHandZ" Camphor

With Thanksgiving just days in the review mirror the after taste of food, fun, and family keep a smile on my face. Acts 2 certainly has so much to be thankful for; new staff, new students, new relationships, and new challenges. As the blessings continue to roll in we sometimes joke about finding the room to store them all. Without trying to over spiritualize the idea of storing up blessing, we want to be intentional on exactly how we can share the blessings that God lavishly pours down on us.

Outreach Club - Njeri "HotHandz" Camphor

Imagine you are the Director of an "super turned up" interactive group session
for high school and middle school students. You are responsible for
coordinating an event that combines entertainment, dialogues/debates,
music, and messages that gives students an idea of how to manage
everyday life. Imagine the anticipation. Imagine the pressure. Imagine
the impact. Imagine the potential. Imagine the hope. Now my question to
you the Director, "how does that make you feel...?" Hopefully I can answer
that for you.
